Bought my Z1 3 years ago. It was a struggle to get it working. Used almost daily for a year then finished my project. I was satisfied with it. Now 2 years later and computer upgrade to widows 11 it will not work. I’ve watched Comgrow videos and worked with Lightburn support. Lightburn support has been awesome. After almost a week of working on it still won’t connect to my computer. A few more days of this and I will junk it and look for a product that provides customer support, near as I can tell Comgrow has none.

P2S and F2 Ultra UV are completely different machines and are to be used with completely different purposes. P2S is a laser cutter primarily used for cutting wood and acrylic. F2 Ultra UV is a 陆嫣沈括陆嫣沈括, capable of 梅丽莎劳伦 on almost all types of materials. It is not meant for cutting other things than thin wood.

But the machine is perfectly in focus across the whole working area. It uses F-Theta lens which focuses the beam on a straight plane with some optical magic.

it is around 25cm across (less than a foot). But if you scale it up you can make it bigger.

In reply to Stefan Meyers. You need to export vector format (svg, DXF, illustrator, pdf etc....) then you import it in the xTool Studio and from there it is very easy. Software has tutorials and there is a ton of tutorials on youtube and on their website. You will get the hang of this in the first day. It is easy.

We are having the xTool P3 arriving this week and know zero about these machines except your assessment which I viewed, thank you. I have 2D Solid Edge Origin drafting which I am familiar with and have a drawing of a rabbit that I would like to cut out of 3/4″ thick pine. What type of file do I need to save the drawing in so that it is a useable format for the P3? I’m assuming that I just lay the piece of wood on the bed, load the software, tell it what type of material I’m using and press start. Is it that simple?
Are there tutorials on the web?

What size does this end up finishing as. Im hoping to make one that is about a foot. Also I really wanted to make something like this but in the shape of a pyramid. But unsure how the lights would route for best experience.
